What to Expect When You Visit

If you are considering a visit to King of Kings, we would love the opportunity to meet you!  We'd like to answer a few questions you might have as you decide to be our guest this Sunday.  Click here to plan your visit.

  • Where are you located?

We are located at 1715 S. Lapeer Rd, near the corner of Lapeer and Stadium, in Lake Orion. When you arrive, enter through the main door of the church building by the round-about. Greeters will be present to welcome you, answer any questions you have, and help you direct to our sanctuary.

  • What time are your services

and How long do they last?

We have services at 8:30am, which is our liturgical (traditional) service, and at 10am, which is our praise service. Our services typically last about an hour, and we invite you to join us for coffee and fellowship immediately following worship.

  • Is there a dress code?

No. Feel free to dress in clothes that are comfortable for you when you come to King of Kings. You can “dress up” if you want, or wear casual clothes. God is interested in your heart, not your wardrobe.

  • Can I take Communion at your church?

All baptized followers of Jesus, regardless of denominational affiliation, are welcome to participate in communion. We offer gluten/dairy free bread for those who need it. If you have questions about communion, please email Pastor Eric.

  • What about my kids?

We love kids! We provide nursery care for children 4 and under during both of our services. Sunday School is offered for children pre-K through grade 5 during our 10:00am Praise Service. Activity bags are available if you wish to keep your children with you during worship.

  • What if I have other questions or requests?

We are grateful for the chance to share in your faith journey! If you have any questions or if there is any way we can make your visit more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to call us at (248) 693-1676 or email our office.
